Custom CMR Templates

  • NewCustom template editor — upload your own blank CMR form and position data placeholders with drag-and-drop. Over 40 placeholders covering sender, recipient, route, cargo, and invoice data, including combination fields like Zip + City and Weight + Unit.
  • NewPer-placeholder styling — font size, bold, italic, alignment, and field width, with an Apply to all option for consistent formatting across the whole template.
  • NewUse custom templates at generation time — check Use custom template on the CMR generation page and pick a saved template from the dropdown. The live preview and PDF export use your own blank form.

Privacy Mode & In-Memory Merge

  • NewPrivacy mode — uploaded documents are processed without being saved to your account history. Extracted data is returned directly and cleared after the first read.
  • NewDocument merge supports privacy mode — two or more invoices can be merged entirely in memory without any database writes.
