logilinkup.com is a marketing site. We tell you about our CMR Generator, you decide whether to try it. That’s it. There’s no hidden tracker waiting to follow you across the internet.

You’re sent to our actual product — a separate web app at a different address. It has its own privacy notice that covers what happens to documents you upload there. Check the URL in your address bar before you upload anything sensitive — that’s good practice anywhere.

Inside the CMR Generator, your documents are processed through Microsoft Content Understanding (an enterprise-grade Azure service hosted in the EU) and stored encrypted. We don’t train any models on your files. They’re deleted on the retention schedule you set — by default, 30 days.

Your message and email address land in our inbox. We use them to reply. We don’t sell email addresses, we don’t add you to a marketing list without asking, and we don’t share your contact info with anyone you didn’t intend to contact.

We use lightweight analytics (Google Analytics and/or Vercel Analytics, depending on which is enabled) to understand things like “how many people visited this week” and “did that landing-page change help anyone.” Aggregate numbers, not surveillance. None of this gives us access to documents you upload in the product.

You can ask us what data we have about you, ask for a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we’ll handle it within 30 days — usually much sooner.

If we change anything material here, we’ll update the date at the top. No fine print, no buried updates.
