logilinkup.com is a marketing site. We tell you about our CMR Generator, you decide whether to try it. That’s it.

• No hidden trackers following you across the internet
• No accounts or sign-up required to browse

The “Try CMR Generator” button takes you to a separate web app at a different address. It has its own privacy notice covering what happens to documents you upload there. Check the URL before uploading anything sensitive — good practice anywhere.

Inside the CMR Generator, your documents are processed by Microsoft Content Understanding — an enterprise Azure service hosted in the EU. Here’s what we guarantee:

• Processed in EU data centers — your data never leaves Europe
• Stored encrypted at rest
• Never used to train any AI models
• Deleted on your schedule — default: 30 days
• Privacy Mode: upload without saving anything to your account at all

Your message and email address land in our inbox. We use them to reply.

• We don’t sell email addresses
• We don’t add you to marketing lists without asking
• We don’t share your contact info with third parties

We use lightweight analytics (Google Analytics and/or Vercel Analytics) to understand things like “how many people visited this week.” Aggregate numbers only — not surveillance.

• Page visit counts, not individual tracking
• No access to documents you upload in the product

You have the right to know what data we hold, get a copy, or have it deleted. Email us and we’ll handle it within 30 days — usually much sooner.

• Right to access your data
• Right to a portable copy
• Right to deletion (“right to be forgotten”)

If we change anything material here, we’ll update the date at the top. No fine print, no buried updates.
